I can step on it repeatedly and it will register the exact same weight each time, and yet when I drink a bit of water it will accurately register the expected small weight increase. I do love it, especially for the modest price.
Unfortunately after 2.5 years of use the display has started to go bad. Some of the LED segments remain lit when they’re not supposed to be, making it virtually impossible to read the numbers. Doesn’t seem to be a battery issue. And speaking of batteries, it tolerates Sanyo Eneloop NiMH rechargeables just fine and doesn’t complain about the lower voltage.
Even though I’m not pleased that it went bad, I came here today to order an exact replacement. And if it goes bad again in another couple years I’ll by a 3rd one. That’s how much I like it.
