It’s nice looking, sleek, seems to be sturdy. I really like the LED lights, and I like the different temperature settings. Best of all, after trying many of these coffee warmers, I finally found one that fits my big oversized mugs! It actually keeps the whole bottom of the mug, as well as the whole mug, heated!
I cannot speak to its endurance, because I haven’t had it very long. It seems to be sturdy, and I hope it lasts a reasonable length of time. If not, I will be back to tell the tale!

At first I was disappointed that it was bigger than I expected but within a day of receiving it I had need to keep warm a dish of soup (bigger than my mug) and this warmer was perfect to do the job, and did it excellently at the 176 degree option. So the size provides more options than the ordinary small warmer. The shut off is a good safety measure, the cord is a good length and though I don’t need the light it is also good to have so that can see exactly where the warmer is in my dimly lit living room. I like that the color blends well with my brownish wood decor. I wasn’t sure having the knob’s on the side would work well as opposed to the top but it is especially handy when there’s a wide dish on the warmer (you can still see the buttons with them being on the front side). I think this is a reasonable price for this item which seems to be just what I needed for keeping my tea sans soups warm, or using as a candle warmer at its lowest temperature. I highly recommend this one.

The button options that indicate power, a time that has two-hour increments up to 12 hrs, and a light make it simple to use. It does not take up much space. A good safety point is the message listed on the hot plate that the surface is hot. A good reminder! Although I am retired, I wish I would have sprung for this device when I was working! Far too many cups went cold when I got too busy to finish what I had.

Most are barely large enough in diameter for a large-size tea or coffee mug, and in heft, flimsy at best. They move around on the desktop as if by themselves, when you, mesmerized by your worksheet on the computer, obliquely reach out and flail around with your blind hand for the fix. This one is solid, not overlarge but substantial, well-built, and also – very cool, with airplane lights that are understated which you can easily turn on or off. I use a large, wide-bottomed heavy mug that doesn’t easily tip over (on Amazon – “Garnome Large Ceramic Coffee Mugs, 20 oz Handmade Pottery Mug, Big Tea Cups with Handle for Office and Home”) and this unit is plenty wide enough in diameter for that mug. On top of all these good qualities, this product’s wood finish is quite good-looking, not plasticky, the buttons’ use is obvious and simple, the rubbery feet at each corner glom onto a smooth-surfaced desktop so that it pretty much always stays where you put it, the high temperature is perfect for a piping hot drink, and I will add a final benefit that may not be obvious or matter to most buyers … this is secret knowledge! but, it works fine on a 220V circuit … if you happen to live in, for example, Thailand 🙂 🙂 I have been designing products for many years and I would give this one a very high grade!

The only concern is that the surface where the warmer is placed will become very hot, and if you continuously keep it there you run the risk of damage to said surface, especially when placing it over a wooden surface as discoloration may happen.

Has 3 temp settings, so good for that. I liked it enough I bought another. My cups have rims on the bottom, so I always set it to high temp (176F) for coffee. If you can find a flat bottom coffee cup you like, you may like the lower temperature setting. It fits next to my computer and turns off at an interval you preset 2hrs, 4hrs, 6hrs….12hrs. I set it to 2 hours so I won’t set a fire and burn down the office if I forget to turn it off.

Nicely designed and good looking. Several choices of temperatures, and auto shutoff. Your cup will not slide off, due to the proper design. (I have another one, beautiful, sleek, modern, works perfectly, only less hot, but is round-shaped, slick tempered black glass, with no edges, so my cup or mug, has often slid right off the element, if slightly bumbed, or not replaced exactly centered on the warmer.) So design was important to us this time. This unit is vented underneath to prevent over-heating. Easy to use. Easy to clean. Well made. A quality product. I’m very happy with it and love it! Highly recommend!

All the others are not reaching the power and convenience of this one.
Light colors tell you instantly the heating setting, design fits our kitchen (we have other touches of wood color) allowing me to leave it plugged in and ready to be used, while the other models, my wife insisted on putting it away in a drawer. So it gets used more and keeps every sip of coffee more than lukewarm all the way to the end.

I usually either have to microwave my coffee 3 times or drink it cold. With this I just leave my cup on it and it stays very warm. Adjustable heat levels and auto off are great features.
