The P16 is definitely larger and a bit quieter than the P10, though still louder than my Spectra S2. The suction power is excellent—equal to or better than the P10, and noticeably more effective than the Spectra S2 for me. The silicone flange is soft and comfortable, but the parts (especially the diaphragm) aren’t compatible with the P10.
I love the digital screen that shows the battery level and how long I’ve been pumping—much better than waiting for the 30-minute auto shut-off like the P10. However, the pump doesn’t stand upright after use, which means I have to transfer milk immediately or risk spills. Also, there’s no flange cover like with the P10, which is a small drawback. The battery lasted through two sessions on level 6, but died during the third.
