I’m 65 and was feeling myself getting weaker after retiring, and don’t want to be a fragile old lady. I’m definitely not a body builder , but in the month that I’ve had this I already feel stronger. I bought posters of various exercises and stretches.
In the morning, I put on my knee brace and headphones, and walk a good pace to music with a good beat, for about 30 minutes then go in my ‘closet gym’ to do resistance with this bench, bands and various handweights. I move the bench to one side when I do floor exercises and stretching.
I did a lot of shopping and I’m pretty happy with this bench. It’s not big gym quality, but is totally fine for me. I did have to buy more weights, and will hopefully be buy heavier ones soon. 🙂
