I’m wearing the 15 lb vest. This vest is comfortable and the weight is distributed well. I was concerned it would pull on my shoulders and neck, it does NOT. The stitching is very well done. It has a mesh pocket in the back. Which is good to put a protein bar in or your keys when on a hike. I am 5’6” about 185 pounds large chested (38 DD) woman , the vest fits good.. The straps are a good length with more length if needed . It has a stretchy material around the sides under the arms to accommodate a larger size person, making it even more comfortable. I recommend this product if you’re looking to add to your work out routine. I will be buying again and upsizing to the next weight level when I’m stronger.

En su interior el chaleco en una bolsa y un soporte para llevar el móvil mientras entrenamos. Este soporte es de neopreno y lleva cinta elástica con velcro para sujetar en el brazo.
El chaleco es también de un material parecido, suave y en textura de camuflaje gris. Está muy bien cosido y rematado, esencial teniendo en cuenta que lleva un relleno de arena de hierro de unos kilos.
En la parte delantera tiene el sistema de abrochar mediante un clip fuerte de los de ahora, de cierre y apertura rápida a presión y que sujeta muy bien. Es regulable.
En los laterales tenemos varias cintas reflectantes y refuerzos en neopreno para evitar roces. Está bien hecho, con calidad y con materiales suaves.
Si nos ponemos a correr con ese peso extra, debemos asegurarnos que no tengamos roces.
Mi hija es quien me pidió el chaleco y quien lo ha estrenado. Le ha gustado mucho por la sujeción, aunque el peso es quizás mucho. Es importante elegir el peso que queremos, porque no podemos añadir ni quitar.
El peso se nota mucho, claro, pero no es molesto ya que se reparte el peso por todo el chaleco. La parte que toca los hombros es ancha y se hace cómodo usarlo. Aun teniendo pecho, no molesta.
Ese extra de peso fortalece el cuerpo, las piernas y no sólo nos sirve para correr. También lo podemos usar en otras actividades en casa forzando a nuestro cuerpo a trabajar ese peso adicional. Para pasear, correr o incluso hacer calistenia añadiendo dificultad. Buen producto y bien hecho.

Con questo giubbetto tutto risulta più semplice ed immediato, arriva già pronto all’uso e basta indossarlo (come fosse uno zainetto) per essere pronti ad eseguire le vostre routine zavorrate.
Personalmente ho optato per la versione da 12 libbre e la bilancia ha confermato il peso previsto (esattamente 5,4 kg), le tasche posteriori – anche se pensate per riporre cellulare, chiavi, ecc. – possono essere usate anche per ospitare piccole quantità di zavorra aggiuntiva, ammesso i dischi siano di diametro contenuto.
In alternativa la stessa opzione la si potrebbe ottenere applicando un disco aggiuntivo, sempre se di peso contenuto, alla fibbia di aggancio posta frontalmente (non ho provato a farlo e nemmeno me la sentirei di utilizzare tale opzione).
Carina la colorazione camouflage che ho scelto per evitare il più banale nero.
Simpatico, infine, abbiano previsto la fornitura di una tasca porta cellulare/chiavi (o altro) da applicare al braccio, anche se non ne giudico la qualità non avendo avuto occasione di utilizzarla (ho già altra fascia da braccio in neoprene e preferisco utilizzare quella).
