I’ve been using it for about 2 1/2 months. I initially started just standing on it for 10 minutes 3 days/week on the run setting for the first month. I was not eating healthy at all. At the end of the first month, I happened to have a vacation planned to the beach with my family (we all live in different states). On the trip, my mom couldn’t stop talking about how much slimmer I looked. At that time I had only lost like 5 lbs, but the inches lost was very noticeable! My clothes fit me much looser in my stomach and cellulite all over my body (arms, legs, stomach) had noticeably diminished. Keep in mind, I was not doing any other exercises.
After the trip, I was motivated to put in more effort so I started eating healthier and I also started using the machine to workout my arms. I do this by getting on my knees and putting my body weight and my arms on the machine for about 4 minutes (that’s all I can do on my arms for now. It’s intense!) It’s been about a month and a half since I’ve added my arms. I’ve noticed that my arms are noticeably slimmer. They have no cellulite at all! My arms are still big, I wouldn’t describe them as slim just yet, but they’re smooth with no cellulite. I have more muscle tone and I’m stronger. Things that used to feel heavy to me are now easier to carry.
Also, a surprise side effect of doing my arms is that my face looks more toned and lifted. Almost like I got a mini facelift. When I do my arms, it definitely vibrates my face but I never expected this result. But I guess our faces have muscles too. Anyways, my face doesn’t look as saggy. The fat and sagging around my neck is disappearing. The youthful upside triangle shape that younger faces have is returning. And my cheeks look more lifted. I’m amazed and surprised more people don’t talk about this little benefit. I truly feel like I’ve hit the jackpot with this machine. I’m now going to up my usage to 5 days a week.
