I usually do not like to leave reviews too soon after purchase, because you do not really know how well it will function (so I am back logged on reviews:0). I thought it offered a lifetime machine warrantee when purchased, it was confusing, I think it is a lifetime fitness/support warrantee. Regardless, I do love this machine. I feel it is a solid piece of equipment and expect it to last a very long time (unlike, those of us who have experienced some of amazon items that break down too soon). Overall, I like the higher vibration, but now that I have an injury (neck/shoulder), I like the lower settings. I have found a use for all settings. Whether I am feeling spry, need an ear pop, cleansing out, stress tension release, or back/body adjustment, I use the vibration.
When tired, I put my donut pillow on the seat, so it does not interfere with the led screen, and I sit. It is great for days where I am so tired that I cannot exercise/stretch – or even stand. I use it sitting watching a film to decompress. I have lower back pain (that comes and goes) and it does a nice job to release tension, and I am able to stretch my legs out so I can work different areas of my body.
I also bought a different style that utilizes oscillation and lateral movement. I love that as well. Not at first, I had different expectations for it. I gave it a shot and found a great place for it. I use it for sound baths, meditation and relaxation. It is also great!
I am a licensed therapist, and I use both machines personally. I also use them in my wellness business. I do not give reviews lightly. I am very satisfied with both machines. I am happy for my purchases, and they have been wonderful additions in my health and wellness arsenal!

I bought the vibration plate for severe arthritic joint pain. Sometimes I do workouts on it. Sometimes I just allow it to vibrate my feet/legs at the end of the day. What I love about it is that however I choose to use it, I receive immediate relief from pain and inflammation without medication.
I have recommended to friends and family and they also report ease of use and effectivity.
Mine is in front of my tv so I can enjoy a show or follow an exercise routine while using it.
Before I purchase mine, I used one at my Naturopath’s office. The mere fact that somehow the vibration reduces pain immediately so that I could do deep knee bends on it was amazing. I’m regaining lost strength and so grateful. I don’t have to travel to use it and mine doesn’t slip around like the first one I tried.
The versatility of programming and changing time and intensity is of great motivational benefit.

I was diagnosed in 2020, went through aggressive treatment, and later had a stem cell transplant. After the transplant, I entered perimenopause, and the hot flashes and discomfort hit hard. My doctor recommended consistent movement to help with both perimenopause symptoms and lymphatic flow. I did my research and found Lifepro has the best value.
On days when fatigue kicks in and I can’t run or do aerobics, this vibration plate is my go-to. I set the level either on 1 at mid speed. It’s low-impact, effective, and helps calm my hot flashes, reduce swelling, and keep my circulation moving. It’s even become a family favorite—my granddaughters love it, and one started walking around the same time she used it often. I also bought one for my mom after her hip replacement, and it’s helped her mobility tremendously.

I had several issues that was nearly fixed in only 3 session of 15 min each, so far and will even get better going forward. I think I’m going to be addicted to this machine. I train regularly, I’m quite knoledgable on health and fitness (ND, Ph.D). I knew of those larger vibration machines at the gym and SPA but didn’t think much of them. I regret not giving it a serious try. The beauty is that all you need is 15 min upon waking up and/or evening too. I’ve done only 3 x 15min at lowest speed to start off. I’ve gotten so unreal results which I will expalin in details later. From past injuries to hip issues and deep vein thrombosis (genetilly detected as well). This machine has unclogged my legs vein, went from purple black thick blottching to light read barly detectable unless I’d point it out on my leg. I’ve taken pics today because I realize how fast it’s unglogging I may not have a chance to show the imporvement. The pic I will upload shows nearly gone veins. I’ve doing IPL treatments 18 months at a weekly treatment with some improuvement but little compare to this machine done for me. I shall put more info shortly… But, if on the fence, give it a try, it’s amazing!
