I have misophonia, and although these aren’t a perfect fix, they take the edge off sounds and dull them so they are a bit more comfortable
I can’t stand the sound of people sniffing and chewing and so in class when we are taking a test I always put these in to drown out the sound of people constantly sniffing. At night they drown out enough sound that I am able to sleep peacefully. Again these don’t block out 100% of sound but I’ve found they are way more comfortable to wear than those foam ear plugs plus they are reusable. They come with a small case so you can keep track of them and store them easier.
My longest pair has lasted well over a year so far. They come with changeable ear buds to adjust them to the size of your ear.

I get very overstimulated by sounds and these really help to block out noise. I like how quiet it is when I wear them. I’ve used noise-cancelling headphones a lot before but this silence is really next level. They’re also very comfortable and fit well in my ears. I like that they come with different sizes too. The loop of the earplug rests snugly against your inner ear and that keeps it suctioned in too. The reason my rating is 4 stars is because it is very easy to lose one and they don’t give free or reasonably discounted replacements. The case it comes with is lightweight and not great quality so it is easy to misplace or break, which is why I usually end up putting one in my pocket or off to the side and losing it.
But the product itself is really great and well designed.

I bought the lowest decibel level and it’s all I need. They fit comfortably in my ear and stay in at night. Blocks out any outside noise or a snoring guest. I can also use them at a concert or if someone has the TV up way too loud. I can still hear the music and the dialogue just much more comfortably. I have excellent and very sensitive hearing so a real life saver when I’m away from home as well.

I had some previous ear plugs that blocked out sound comparable to these however they were foam like material that made my ears start itching a few minutes into wearing them. These do not cause any itchiness whatsoever. They almost feel like little, comforting massage balls for my ears-therapeutic! .I love silicone material too. It’s just so smooth, durable, flexible, healthy/antibacterial material.
ALL the other ear plugs I’ve tried fell out of my ears at some point in the night as well. Most were not that good at sound blocking, some were quite uncomfortable.
So these ear plugs are super cute-the color violet is sweet. They even look cute in the ear.(Which is a tall order for ear plugs to work great and ALSO just happen to look aesthetically pleasing as well.)
You have to put them in correctly so look at the instructions. You place them in then twist the ring up to top of ear at a slight angle so they point to top ear.
They stay put ALL NIGHT LONG! That’s literally a first for me. The size buds earplugs that were installed already were good for me even though I’m a fairly small person. 5’1” under 110 lbs. They come with three other sizes though if you need them. There’s a small carry case for them.
They block out so much sound and I’ve been sleeping more deeply for sure. I use a fan and a white noise machine along with these ear plugs because I can be a light sleeper at times. One night I had my Lectrofan fan sounds/white noise machine on, and I literally had to take these earplugs out because I couldn’t tell if I had turned on my white noise machine for sure or not. I could not believe I couldn’t hear it because it’s a pretty pronounced sound coming from it. You’d definitely still be able to hear a smoke alarm going off though so they are safe to wear in that regard.
These were WELL worth the price and I’d buy them again in a heartbeat! Was a little nervous about bad reviews, but this is one of those products I am stunned by the bad reviews not the good reviews thankfully. Highly recommend.
