I didn’t used them every day. Maybe 5 days in a row at first, then once every 2 weeks maybe. But it’s because they work and have worked for me. My teeth aren’t SUPER white, but they are not the stained yellow they once were. I’ve even gotten a couple compliments on how my teeth are white. So maybe my teeth aren’t super white to me, but others notice. So they work! My teeth also haven’t experienced any sensitivity. People are complaining, saying these strips aren’t the sensitive ones but I think they are, although my actual strips are in the same blue wrapping people keep posting. It’s possible they swapped the wrapping, companies change things all the time. Don’t let the negative comments deter you, catch them on sale, try for yourself, don’t use them every single day if you’re nervous. But I will be buying them again, no doubt. Also, I’m a harsh critic so they’re alright with me 👍🏾

Order was delivered this morning and I used it right away. I was hoping for results but not expecting any because of previous experiences with other whitening gels. I took a pic of my teeth beforehand and I followed the directions and left the strips on for 30/35 minutes. I brushed my teeth shortly before because I didn’t see the warning on the box that said not too. (Oops.) But my teeth are a shade whiter from just the one use! It’s a subtle difference but a difference nonetheless. I also took an after pic so i know my mind isn’t paying tricks on me. I can’t wait to see my 7, 14, and 18 day results but if it’s whitening this well, I may not need to use the entire box for the next 17 days. I hope it continues to work for me. It’s worth a try especially when you can catch a sell for $24. Give it a try.
